'Scrap', the story of a ship wrecked in the war of liberation won

Dhaka: Masudur Rahman's proposed documentary 'The Scrap' has won the 'Best Film Project Award' at the Liberation War Museum's Exposition of Young Film Talent 2022. '

The documentary tells the story of the survival of a ship that was wrecked in the 1971 Bangladesh War of Independence, which was rescued 36 years later.

s a reward, a grant of five lakh rupees will be given by the Liberation War Museum for its construction.

Producer Masudur Rahman said, 'The Scrap' is my long dream. This award is a special achievement of life. This receipt has further increased the responsibility towards the work.

In addition to construction, Masudur Rahman is associated with the Asian University for Women in Chittagong. He is the Faculty and Coordinator of the Performing Arts Program of the organization.
